I am currently working on a game, and the main map of the game is basically a small town with a museum building that can be explored. There’s going to be photos of national monuments on display, flags hanging off the walls, and miniature models of historical and modern buildings and monuments in display cases, and I’ve been curious about this one thing.
Is it permitted for me to make a small model replica of the original pre-2001 World Trade Center? I know there are plenty of pre-2001 WTC games where you can explore the WTC complex, but I’ve known cases in which mentioning “Twin Towers” results in moderation and also normal decals of the WTC being moderated in some cases.
There is going to be no references to 9/11 or the 1993 bombing but rather just a small replica of the complex sitting on display with a bunch of other monuments and buildings nearby, such as the Pyramid of Giza, the Big Ben, etc.
