So let’s say I made a game as a commission to what I thought a trustworthy group with trustworthy owner, but they ended up kicking me out of it and didn’t pay. I still have the game’s first version in my profile. I want to ask ROBLOX to delete the game stolen from me, is it possible?

Yes, you certainly can.
But you must prove that you originally own the game and that it was stolen from you.
If you can prove that, congrats. You can get the game taken down.
All you have to do is contact copyright_agent@roblox.com or go to Roblox Support and categorize your form under DMCA > Owner DMCA Claim and explain the situation.
The game will be taken down after a few hours, and the scammer will get warned, banned or terminated off the platform.

FWIW I did this in the past. They gave me a catch 22 of ignorance to their own documentation. 5 years later none of the assets were ever taken down.
I got given a wall of text which boils down to “look at the Roblox DMCA Policy as incorporated in our Terms of Use”
The terms of use said to contact support, so I did. They gave me a wall of text telling me to read the terms of use, which said to contact support, so I did. They gave me a wall of text…I think you can see how this is going.
Your only hope is sending the huge ass legalese template in (linked just above your message)
