Hello I’m Ryxku and I would like to talk about captchas with you all. Talking in a group wall is something I do every week at least, not everyday, every hour and Roblox making complicated, long and unfair captchas is terrible, it looks like they havent tested their system a lot.
Would you want to lose your users or bots? Pick a side because you can’t keep both. The last time I have seen a complicated captcha on a website was on 4chan (No I’m not a member of this website).
Having captchas where you had to rotate items was a decent check. Nowadays bots on Roblox are very rare. So let’s nerf captchas for young people.
Let this serve as your reminder that captchas aren’t for security. Bots can and have already bypassed all of this years ago. All you’re doing is training AI, and the corporations who design these captchas admit to that themselves.
