This seems to be have been fixed for me now. Till this wasn’t fixed I used Dundle.

happening to me as well + a friend
trying to buy gift card through cashstar which ive done multiple times so ik it should work, immediately ill get an email saying order has been processed, then right after get one saying they got a return request and i get refunded

It appears that CashStar apparently converts the USD to some weird currency which is very devalued, and has an incorrect transaction rate in which it makes no sense. Also, it appears that the system used for authentication of sorts does not work.
Used a Visa card, and even though I had a full 5 dollars, it did not let it through. The transaction constantly declined after a couple seconds for absolutely no reason.

I had these errors, too. I used a different email and turned off trackers, and then it worked. Perhaps try that?

There are limited virtual items that people might want to get, you don’t receive them through the amazon gift cards.

You receive free virtual items both ways, but some people might want to get the one from buying the card on the roblox website.
I personally prefer to buy from Cashstar because you can edit the value of the card whereas I’m yet to find third party card sellers where I can buy a random value, like $8 card, or even a $5 card which is what I need the most.

I’m having this exact same issue right now. Have you received any of the eGift cards or gotten any refunds yet?
Had same issues, ended up buying from reseller but the quantity limits are annoying
I am having a similar issue. My friend purchased me an eGiftCard via roblox.com/giftcards - yesterday at nearly 10:00 PM Central Time, and it still hasn’t came through. I am unaware as to why this is happening.

Yeah this has been happening to me for about 2 weeks now, contacted support and they told me to try different browsers. But the same thing happened on chrome, edge, opera, firefox.

Why is this still an issue?
A year ago I’ve been getting robux via robux giftcards or sending others robux giftcards through Cashstar perfectly fine using a Visa Prepaid card until a $80 giftcard was purchased successfully in december 2020, but any future transactions afterwards would be declined, card charged and refunded only several days later, a week at latest in my case.
For now, I’ve had to use my Visa Debit card linked to my bank account to be able to successfully purchase giftcards without fail, though my prepaid card continues to be declined. In the cases that the transactions were successful, I did get the product (robux + virtual bonus item) and in the cases that there were declined, all of my money were refunded thankfully.

Tried to buy multiple giftcards with paypal, every time I tried the page ended up being stuck on an infinite loop

i agree, in my opinion this Problem is very poorly handled because this problem occurs for almost a year and we got no response or help with this problem.
