Having this issue too, bought a £5 gift card from the Roblox Cashstar website and the order has been stuck on processing for an entire day (which shouldn’t be the case since previous giftcards I bought had processed instantly). My order didn’t refund/cancel either unlike the other cases here so I’ve basically lost that money 
A quick Google search shows that Cashstar doesn’t exactly have the best reputation, as demonstrated within their Trustpilot. When will this ever be fixed?
