I had this happen multiple times. I contacted Cashstar support once about it and they told me that it happens when the payment gets flagged by their system as suspicious. I don’t know why the anti-fraud tools flag legitimate purchases so often but it happens. You should be automatically refunded after a few days, I don’t know why it’s not instant.
I don’t know how to fix the issue unfortunately as this was over 1 year ago, but it seemed to go away after some time. Cashstar support is very fast and kind however and they fixed a problem I’ve had 1 month ago about my giftcard not being sent to my email, which they fixed within an hour of me contacting them, and I had the giftcard code sent. The agent was very kind. You should contact them and they should help you. They’re not restricted to preset copy and paste responses so they’re very helpful.
