Cannot post on certain categories/topics/forums on the website

I was having a bug with studio and I was planning on posting a topic on the “engine bugs” section in Platform Feedback. However, whenever I go to that page or create a topic I can’t select the engine bugs section. Is it to do with my rank (I am a member)? I saw someone else is also having problems replying to certain forum posts, similar to this. The +New Topic button goes grey whenever I enter certain forums.

Oh. So in the meantime of waiting for the flow thing to be fixed, I can’t post until my rank is higher than member?

Yes. They explained what you can do to report bugs in the meantime.
