Cannot send a support email if account is currently warned

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Get an account warning and do not ‘accept’ the warning.
  2. Visit Support - Roblox to try and appeal your warning.
  3. fill out all the fields with-in the support form.
  4. Upon submitting notice that the support form says that you are ‘not logged on the account associated in the ‘Username’ field’.

Expected behaviour:

I expect to be able to appeal without ‘accepting’ the warning as I can then check when my warning was removed by simply waiting for the warning to disappear.

This also happens on other types of moderation actions such as bans.
