Cannot WeldConstraint -> RigidConstraint -> Bone

My script can mount a RigidConstraint to a Bone to hang a part right-at Position of Bone.
But I tried welding another part to that part with a WeldConstraint, and that other part
instantly and always goes right to the bone aswell, like it had a RigidConstraint to.

Is this enforced behavior, because at the end,
you still cant weld parts to bones?

Setting Pivot of the Rigid Part doesnt offset either, and it has no offset property.
