Hi!
This is a bug that has started fairly recently.
It will result in it being uneditable, and undeletable. I have not deleted or attempted to delete any topics/replies all day.
The only thing of my system that should make a difference is I use Windows 11.
Yesterday happend the same to me, I thinked that was my internet, but now I see, isn’t it 
It’s not just you. It’s been happening to me for several days.
I just had the same and got told I broke a rule because I accidentally sent it on a help and feedback rather than over DM’s.
So this is some kind of blacklist?

The reply will still get deleted – discourse is just failing to change the reply’s contents for whatever reason
When this happened to me, the reply was never deleted.
Such a topic has already been created. Don’t distort old topics.
