Can't move with the controller

Hello, I play roblox on mobile and sometimes play with my controller, but recently I can’t move at all. All the button except for the left thumbstick, right thumbstick and dpad work.

Phone information: Realme 8i, Android 13 and latest Roblox version.

Expected behavior

If it was working correctly I could be able to move my camera and character in-game and move UI selections.

Bump, i had experienced this yesterday though i was on PC

List of Questions:

  • Are you using Bluetooth to connect the controller to your phone?
  • Does this issue happen in all experiences/games on Roblox or just one or a few specifically?
  • Do any other games on that same phone work with your controller?
    • (Minecraft would be the only game that comes to mind.)

My thought process is that it could be a phone or controller issue. If the controller works fine in other games, that suggests it’s a Roblox issue.

I’d assume this is a different issue then, considering the OP is on Mobile and you’re on PC. I think you should make a separate bug report. You can do so from here:

same issue, still on going.

I’m trying to move using my xbox one controller in studio and regular games, but it does not work.

Even using Studio’s built in controller emulator isnt working either.

If the issue is still occurring:

Please reformat your bug report and send another one, following this guide!
As there is no reproduction steps/place file, microprofiler dumps, log/dump files or enough information overall for us to work with!
