Can't open access settings of my game

For days now I can’t open the access settings of my game Innovation Inc. Spaceship. It works fine with my other games, but not with this one. When I open the access settings I just get an Oh noes error. I have tried to open these settings on multiple different laptops, and they all give the same error.

I want to change the price of private servers for my game. I also tried to go to game settings in studio, and then the monetization tab, but that also does not work. When I try to open that, i get the following warning:

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to open the monetization settings in studio and access settings on roblox website

you can check Roblox’s status page to see if there are ongoing problems. Try clearing your Roblox Studio cache or restarting it, and consider switching to a different network. This response is misinformation. Contacting Roblox Support does not help resolve these kinds of issues. Please refrain from these kinds of replies if you’re not informed yourself on the issue being experienced.

What are you talking about? did you even read my post? I just said it has been going on for days. Also I said it works fine with other games, so its not my network. I also said that I first tried through the roblox website. And I am reaching out to roblox support via this ticket…

if you need to make changes, you can use my workaround for now - you’ll need to find your universe id first though

Thanks a lot! I will not mark it as a solution though, so roblox still sees this bug as unfixed.
