Can't type anything in the new AI support assistant

I tried doing anything with the “Message…” thing it’s not clickable or anything so I can’t type in it

ye I have my adblock disabled, YES I tried disabling all of my extensions

Expected behavior

I expect to MESSAGE THE REAL HUMAN SUPPORT and NOT THE AI!!! CAN I skip THIS? or at least fix it so I can message the AI (not preferable)

Im pretty sure you can ask the AI to just transfer over to human support if it can’t help you. Assuming the textbox works but it doesn’t here

this is a bit off-topic but

I recall seeing some discussions on devforum where people already tried the very suggestion you just mentioned:

but many of them felt like they were talking to a wall instead of getting transferred to a real human for support

I wish they just sent the thing immediately or at least did it in such a way where leaving on the chat page will still send it

  2. fill all the details there, etc.
  3. press continue and complete the captcha
  4. now this stupid AI will open and I couldn’t type anything into the “Message…” textbox

btw it doesn’t even load now for me


(though I checked the network tab all the requests succeeded)

Can you provide proper reproduction steps? Because you’re not being very helpful.

For instance, the AI Chatbot doesn’t appear as an option in every support category. As far as I know, it only shows up under the “Account Hacked or Can’t Log In” category, which is the very first help category in the list.

After selecting any of its subcategories and proceeding to submit a ticket, the AI Chatbot may appear instead of directly connecting you to customer support—but this isn’t guaranteed every time; the chance of it showing up is variable.

Also, this is not a proper bug report. It misses most of the requirements listed in the category How to Post a Bug Report, such as:

  • No detailed description
  • No link to where it occurred
  • The title isn’t accurate because you clearly were able to type something to the chatbot before, so “can’t type anything” doesn’t make sense in that context
  • No information about when it happened or how long it has been ongoing
  • Although the bug happens in the browser, there is zero information about which browser and browser version is being used

I believe this is only for the “Account Hacked” catagory, i personally had bad experience with it closing your chat without any reasoning


I also wanna mention that the AI chat only seems to open on the “Account Hacked or can’t log in” or “Billing & Payments” catagory and not everytime

The title is accurate, I didn’t wrote anything into the textbox “before” the message that I “sent” “before” appeared automatically.

It happened in the same hour when I posted this ticket? It is still ongoing
