Can you provide proper reproduction steps? Because you’re not being very helpful.
For instance, the AI Chatbot doesn’t appear as an option in every support category. As far as I know, it only shows up under the “Account Hacked or Can’t Log In” category, which is the very first help category in the list.
After selecting any of its subcategories and proceeding to submit a ticket, the AI Chatbot may appear instead of directly connecting you to customer support—but this isn’t guaranteed every time; the chance of it showing up is variable.
Also, this is not a proper bug report. It misses most of the requirements listed in the category How to Post a Bug Report, such as:
No detailed description
No link to where it occurred
The title isn’t accurate because you clearly were able to type something to the chatbot before, so “can’t type anything” doesn’t make sense in that context
No information about when it happened or how long it has been ongoing
Although the bug happens in the browser, there is zero information about which browser and browser version is being used
