Hi,
The LimitedU catalog item created by Roblox Duke of the Fallen Federation has a mesh bug in which the tiny star at the top of the crown is not visible when viewed from behind. See images below:
As an owner of this rare limited item, I’d love to see it fixed (people always treat it as a “lesser” Federation series hat because of this). Thank you for your consideration!
This is because the creator of this item forgot to model the back of the star, so the star has no thickness in this place and the other side of the face is always transparent in Roblox. It’s a pity that someone forgot about it, I don’t mind transparency when these parts of the model are covered by something, but this star is visible from both sides.
Yeah I suspected this may be the issue, I take it that’s the mesh directly from the game by the looks of it? Hopefully it can be fixed, I’ve seen UGC fixes going around for it but would really rather not go down that path lol

Few months later and it appears the bug is persisting.
It appears users have taken matters into their own hands but a proper mesh would be nice.
Any possibility of a fix soon?

Any updates? Bug persisting 174 days later… I don’t think it’s that difficult of a fix…
T+294 days and still no fix or response on this. Come on guys. Also seems I can’t post new threads in Bug Reports anymore (somehow got removed from the group?)
Can we get some attention to this please? We have a lot of new owners and there are concerns about this type of issue being allowed to go on for so long.
I know they don’t make changes on items older then 6 months but i think this is small enough that most people who own it would view it as an issue rather then a feature
Even if they were to use the argument of “this item is over 6 months old and some owners may enjoy the look of it”, it wouldn’t hold up because realistically who would want to keep the missing face 
I think it should be fine as it’s current state. The mesh bug isn’t that noticeable compared to some other LimitedU/Limited items. I don’t want to bring you down in anyway, but I feel like it’s good as it is right now; I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you for the reply. The other owners I’ve spoken to agree; they’d rather see it fixed. I wanted to have them reply to this thread but unfortunately Roblox gatekeeps this forum heavily and they can’t post here. I also agree with @AVeryFancyDoctor I don’t see how this can’t end up on a backlog or handed off to a Graphic Design intern — we really aren’t asking for much here…
For everyone here – this report was already marked as closed by Roblox staff. A fix won’t be coming out.
yeah, I don’t really expect to see this fixed any time soon.
I’m not sure when they closed it though - the new policy is to keep these types of tickets in the open state but mark them as low priority for the backlog [1]
