A decent system, but for any sort of milsim or really semi-realistic game it’s not the greatest. This is because of the ability to bunnyhop while shooting plus the speed of the user while aiming in the system. It feels really flawed in its execution sometimes; it functions (and is generally marketed as) a competitor to ACS but ACS is much better fitted for semi-realistic games and has far more customization including medical system, melee, ingame weapon modding, etc.

I’ve seen cases where ACS is modded to be more fast paced (including a game i’ve worked for) where with carbon you can’t really do that.

Overall, carbon can be fun but is a really underused system, and in the few cases where i’ve seen it used (no offense, but mainly cashgrab border games) it’s really poorly executed by the game owner.

Overall, I’d give it a 5.5 out of 10. The gunplay is pretty fun and simple but unless used in an arcade setting, it’s no match for ACS.

I honestly thing ACS 2.0 sprint animation is really weird and a lot of thing is in Portuguese so I can’t really understand much but aside of that, ACS system is a bit better than Carbon
