Chanel & Co's Rank Guide

Welcome all to Chanel’s rank guide!

This guide will help you determine how the ranks in Chanel work, and how they associate with each other for different purposes!

This guide may be updated in the future if we decide to change some ranks or change how ranks work!


(1) Valued Visitor

We ensure our visitors and guests are properly valued in Chanel, they deserve the most upper-class treatment and respect! If you’re one of these members then WELCOME!

(2) Allied Representatives

At Chanel, we like to ensure we give benefits to our affiliates for becoming an alliance with us. You should find that a representative of each one of our allies is in this rank! If you’re looking to become an alliance with us, please connect with us on our Communications server.

(3) Suspended

If you receive more than 3 staff warnings, you will be suspended here at Chanel. The suspension can last up to 4 weeks maximum. If you continue after your suspension you will be permanently banned.

(4) Awaiting Training
If you take our application to become staff here, you will receive this position! You’re now awaiting to be trained by a Senior Barista+, simply ask in-game and you shall be taught the workings of a Cafe!
Once trained, you will be promoted to “Cashier”.

(5) Cashier

Passing your training will officially make you able to work at Chanel and officially become one of our staff members. Your job is to serve people at the cash registers, creating orders for baristas to make!

(6) Barista

After receiving several points, you will be promoted automatically to Barista! As a barista, you will be able to produce food and drinks for our lovely customers by receiving and completing orders from the cashiers!



**The MR Team are a group of recruits starting their journey to becoming important figure in the cafe! They’re also stepping up to show their dedication to Chanel! **

You will either be promoted to MR for amazing dedication and hard work or you take applications, where you will be ranked to your desired MR role. ( Senior Cashier or Barista)

(7) Senior Cashier

As the senior version of a “Cashier”, your job will be to monitor the cashiers and ensure that customers’ experience goes smoothly from a customer service perspective too! You can work as a barista if you choose to.

(8) Senior Barista
As the senior version of a “Baristas”, your job will be to monitor the baristas and ensure that workers in the kitchen’ are working properly and service is fast! If someone’s order is wrong, it will be your job to issue them a new one. You can work as a Cashier if you choose to.

(9) Cafe Director

Those who have shown great dedication to learning their trade will receive a promotion from the Senior High-Rank Team to continue their journey as an MR. Stepping up to the third and final rank of MR, they will be introduced to minor admin commands, they will also have to show responsibility by dealing with any issues regarding staff behaviour and trollers!

They’re also now able to recommend promotions of new MRs to our SHRs. Fun fact, if you do believe in becoming friends with Cafe Directors purposely to get yourself promoted, then please realise that there are 3 other ranks which have to confirm.



The HR team are a group of dedicated users who specialise in learning how to operate as important figures in a group, provide staff with fun events and protect the cafe!

Promotions come from hard work and consistency! You can not apply for HR.

(10) Assistant Supervisor

When a user has shown amazing participation and achievements as an MR, an SHR will kindly promote you in-game to become an HR at Chanel & Co. Bearing bias, you will always see a deserved promotion.

As HR, they will be introduced to our departments here at Chanel!
They will learn how to

  • Use significant admin commands properly,
  • How to create cool and exciting events in the group and
  • How to provide support to staff and customers professionally!
    They will also be assisting other HR’s in hosting shifts

(11) Shift Supervisor
Dedication and hard work will give users the chance to be promoted! This rank dedicates to learning how to act around the cafe.

  • Leading and Hosting shifts
  • Complete Requirements set for 2 weeks.
  • Dealing with staff members, how to carry out discipline!

The most fun part of HR!

(12) Management

Completing their time as “The Supervisors”, HRs will be promoted to our series of management ranks. The management series is for HRs to work hard, show their dedication and complete all their department training before being considered to become a future SHR!

They will be allowed to do

  • Teaching MRs and Monitoring HRs
  • Managing the Cafe.
    Allowed to give our staff warnings and being allowed to kick and ban bad behaving customers or staff.

(13) Senior Management

Those who are experts at working in HR here will become Senior Management.

Senior Management members are your direct staff support HRs, therefore if you have an issue with anyone in the group, this should be the rank you report them to

  • Request Perm Bans.

  • Handle MR’s, and LR’s behaviour.

  • Manage reports of MRs.

  • They also deal with any community issues with the Senior HR Team. They also help SHRs with MR promotions and sometimes HR Promotions.



Our Senior team are trusted to deal with any management and operational matters around the Cafe, they represent the group.

(14) Board Of Directors

Our Board of Directors specialised in ensuring that Chanel is an enjoyable and happy place for all. Taking care of any social issues, in-game reports and being in control of situations.

Through tough consideration, we pick out caring and considerate individuals from the HR team. They will be mostly known to you as community moderators who provide special events both on our communications server and on Roblox!

  • You will see them act as Stewards at training

  • They will review MR Applications.

  • Provide support for the MR and HR Team

(15) Head Of Operations

Considerately, we take our HoO’s very seriously as being one of the ranks with the most responsibility and importance. They take care of HRs primarily by ensuring that they have, fulfilled their requirements, taking corrective actions in certain situations, following their guide perfectly and acting as role models.

For those who show amazing leadership skills and the ability to manage our HR team, a promotion will follow from the Board of Directors. Our Head Of Operations is in charge of making sure that there are appropriate guidelines and rules as well, taking a lot of preservation in the group.

  • You will see them as Stewards or Administration at trainings.

  • They will be primarily considering promotions, Hosting MR Applications and delivering punishments.

  • They’re also entitled to handle reports of the HR Team.

(16) Executive Manager

Our highest role attainable at Chanel & Co, our managers are the bread of butter of the SHR Team, overseeing the entire team in promotions, decisions, demotions, MR Applications, and Special Events in accordance with ceos.

They always work with CEOs on new and fun updates, ways to promote the group, and finding new and exciting ways for individuals to become HRs and experience what it’s like to become a leader!

  • You will see them always around at shifts, trainings. Unlikely to become Stewards unless no one is available at the time.

  • Manager of promotions and demotions. HRs and SHRs can report promotions to them.

  • They are also entitled to handle reports of the SHR Team.



The Executive team are the leaders and creators of Chanel & Co!

(-) Developer

Our developers here at Chanel, strive to ensure that the cafe and any other games are properly operating correctly and to squash any bugs which seem to occur!

  • They will handle all suggestions. So make sure to recommend some changes.

  • They also will respond to any issues, so if you find an in-game issue message them!

(-) Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer here at Chanel, will strive to lead the group in accordance with the President and Vice President. This is the most important rank in Chanel and deserves the utmost respect and they will be

  • Will lead our departments here at Chanel.

  • Consider new promotions for SHRs!

  • Manage building and new developments.

  • They handle reports for all SHRs.

If you require to report an SHR please find a CEO rather than a VP.

The Co-Owners of Chanel is known as the Vice Presidents. Vice Presidents are the initiators in all the creation around Chanel.

They insure that everything runs smoothly and that the Executive Team is properly led. IDylxnI and djcat247 are your permement VPs.

  • Contact djcat247 for alliances, PR information or support.

  • Contact IDylxnI for issues with the SHR Team, Executive Team and anything to do with staff.

  • Vice Presidents handle the reports for SHRs and Executive Team members.

The creator of Chanel, Slimcesa is the President here!

She mostly oversees the entire group, taking care of ads, building and much more!

  • She should be only contacted by Investors, Sponsors, and Major Allies.

  • She also tends to reports on our Vice Presidents.
