Changing body parts repeatedly with HumanoidDescriptions causes the Head wrapping to deform and become stretched/disconnected

Changing the character (specifically the head) repeatedly causes the head to become deformed in Studio and live games, and for the user and other clients viewing the user’s character. For example, the eyes may become locked in a fixed position then continue to stretch as the character walks away:

I’ve experimented by enabling and disabling the new Physics Simulator:

When enabled it happens less frequently but still occurs.

This may then be an issue with WrapDeformers?
