Chat Strokes don't disappear (rich tech)

When the chat disappears, added strokes still remain. This bug has been reported by many users playing our game

Repro Steps:
ChatTag Repro.rbxl (52.8 KB)

• Wait 30s to 1 minute for the chat to disappear

RichText strokes don't fade out with TextTransparency
