I dont think 13+ users have those kind of stuff
Yes, they do. I canât see why you wouldnt.
can a 13 year old have an id card?
In the United States, yes. I believe you can even get one below 13.
what about the other countries, theyâre like 16+ or 18+ to get and id card, they should add a school id as another option
School IDs are not issued by the government and therefore canât be used as a verification method.
Every country Iâve heard of assigns at least one legal document to every citizen, no matter the age (not including birth certificates).
Well, in my country you can get a passport at a very young age, and your first ID at 14-16 years of age, most people Iâm sure have SOME kind of ID, whatever it could be.
most countries in the world have some sort of national id, List of national identity card policies by country - Wikipedia
So I got the age verification prompt in my settings and ended up doing verification through my phone.
Yet I donât seem to have the Spatial Voice toggle in my settings, is this behavior expected?
I also decided to verify today, Iâm guessing weâll now be able to get it soon as we are verified.
Where can I opt in for this feature?
Can we please not break all sounds in our games?
Can we get some support for team-only voice chat?
Can we get some way to make voice chat not âproximity onlyâ without breaking our entire soundscape for it?
Can we just get some proper API reference and support instead of just this vague unhelpful crap that weâve gotten so far?
Please and thank you.
Same thing with me.
I think their gonna fully roll out the public Age Verified system before the public release of the Spatial voice.
Unless itâs just broken.
If there was no verification before chatting itâd be an even bigger mess then it will be with it.
It may be annoying, but Iâd rather have a decent community then a toxic and ear piercing one.
Only thing I can think of is built in voice recognition and their list of copyrighted sound bites.
Of course theyâd need to be very lenient with the voice recognition as a lot of things people say will likely register as inappropriate even though they are likely mis pronounced or used for lack of a better word.
True, that server is pure chaos incarnate.
Ngl though, Iâm scared to use it because I naturally swear a lot when Iâm frustrated with game mechanics. So will likely not use it in competitive games.
Man I hope.
To me, unless youâre hacking, bullying, Over Exploiting, Selling IG items for RM or any other non-communications ban-able problems then they shouldnât terminate your account but mute it. Itâs a huge overreaction on their part.
Going off of what you said, hopefully they just take away my voice chat privileges if it comes to that⌠Itâs easy to filter myself in the text chat so it wouldnât be the worst thing⌠Even if my voice chat privileges got taken away itâd be great to still hear others talk.
I could probably 100% filter myself through a push-to-talk system, so hopefully theyâll add thatâŚ
At what point will all ROBLOX players have access to voice chat? I am aware that they are giving the feature out to devs and random people, but a lot of people still cannot enable voice chat.
And would an expired passport still count as valid ID?
Iâm a bit confused on exactly how the selection process for Spatial Voice beta works.
Iâd like to make this clear; I own a 117k member group, and I play a major role in the development of games under it. Alongside this, Iâve taken part in quite a few big projects. Yet, I have not received any invites to any beta regarding voice chat.
However, almost all of my developers have gotten invited, alongside two literal bot accounts that help automate some stuff in the group and some testing alts. Generally a bit aggravating seeing some of my developers with very little experience be considered âtop developersâ and receive invites, yet a criteria such as mine doesnât? Thatâs a bit odd.
If anyone could enlighten me that would be helpful.
