Chats with messages simply refuse to show up in chat box

Hello!! I am not aware if this bug has already been reported, but please let me know if it has.

Every time I message someone on the Roblox website, upon opening a new tab, the chat simply disappears, and refuses to show up unless I go directly into said person’s profile and re-open the chat from there.

(I currently have 2 active chats that are not being displayed.)

(The notification icon still shows up, but the chats themselves just disappear.)

“The chat box only shows up again upon clicking “Chat” directly on the person’s profile.”

Before anyone asks, I have tested the same thing with no extensions enabled, and the problem persists. So this is directly a Roblox glitch.

Hey sorry to hear this is happening. We’ve identified the root cause and are working on a fix. We deployed a web change yesterday that should have helped a bit. Feel free to confirm if this is still occurring. We are working on another fix to fully address the issue.
