Admin Policy Guide
Overview
On behalf of the HavenGroup Team, we are elated to have you as a staff member. This document will cover the essentials for using admin at City Airways.

Basic Admin Essentials
Basic Admin Essentials is the admin system we use for all our games. It is incredibly simple to use and has commands especially useful for training and for the day-to-day running of the airport.
You click (â) on your keyboard and it will open up a console. You can run âcmdsâ to find all the commands, although some of them are baannable. If you are on mobile and would like to hide your commands, use /e (command here) or /c system + enter
Basic Admin is only given to Captains+, this is to limit admin abuse. To see more on admin abuse, check the other sections of this policy.
These commands shouldnât be used for moderation, unless absolutely necessary.
Use of Building Tools
Building Tools are a feature of Basic Admin Essentials, and are very commonly abused as they can insert meshes, parts and models. They can also be used to ruin flights and training.
Building Tools may only be used by the Moderation Team, and can be used by staff members if approved by a member of the Moderation Team.
These may only be used to fix flights or remove planes not needed.
Using the âBuilding Toolsâ for âfunâ isnât allowed unless improved by a Senior Higher Rank.
Banned Commands
This part of the handbook explains banned commands as well as commands you are allowed to use.
The following table will show which commands are acceptable to use and which are banned due to the fact they can be abused. Please note that just because a command is acceptable does not mean you can spam it or try to abuse it in any way.
NOTE: Any command that isnât listed in the âacceptable commandsâ column is not for use unless given special permission by a moderator+

Free-flying is flying a plane for anything that isnât a proper flight. This includes practice flights, test flights, unofficial flights. If caught free-flying, you may face serious consequences. You are not allowed to !insert a plane unless you are the host of a flight or in your own private server.
Punishments for Admin Abuse
Admin abuse is not tolerated on any of our games. As per our community guidelines, it states that:
âUsing commands in an unintended way or with the intent to abuse them is strictly against the rules.â
Please keep in mind that no refunds will be handed out if you bought a rank and got demoted/banned. It was clearly stated in the gamepass description that:
âWe are able to remove your ability to purchase ranks, your ability to use the rank purchased if you fail to operate according to our guidelines. We may remove your rank if you are found to abuse or not use the rank as it is intended. By purchasing any rank, you agree to our guidelines and also understand that we do not offer any refunds for ranks purchased. This is legally considered a donation.â
By admin abusing you may receive any of the following consequences:
- Banned from our games for multiple days
- Permanently banned from all our games
- Demoted, suspended or exiled from the group
If there is any abuse, please feel free to open a support ticket. Please make sure that you have photo/video proof of the incident. This can be anything from the effects of the command, to logs.
Any banned commands may be used upon permission from a member of the Management Team or Moderation Team.
