Terms and Conditions
1. User Account and Data Handling
1.1. Account Termination: We reserve the right to ban or terminate any user account at our discretion, without prior notice.
1.2. User Data: We may edit, change, or delete any user data as necessary for the operation of the service.
1.3. Testing Server: Receiving a permanent ban in the testing server will result in a ban from the full version of the game.
1.4. Lockdown: The testing server may temporarily be on lockdown, even for certified Beta Testers.
1.5. Data Transition: Data from the testing server will not be transferred to the alpha-release version of the game.
2. Reporting Glitches and Bugs
2.1. Mandatory Reporting: Users are required to report any glitches or bugs they encounter on our group wall to retain their tester badge.
2.2. Unfair Advantage: If a major glitch is discovered that allows an unfair advantage or reward, users must send a private message to the administration and refrain from posting about it on the group wall.
3. Changes to Terms and Conditions
3.1. Modifications: We reserve the right to change any and all rights and conditions at any time without prior notice to users.
3.2. Notification: Users are not entitled to be notified of any change in their status, such as being banned, kicked, or promoted.
4. Appeals
4.1. Loss of Tester Privileges: Users who lose tester privileges may appeal at any time by sending a direct message (DM).
4.2. Temporary Bans: If you are temporarily banned, you may appeal within the specified timeline. Appeals submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered, and your account may be blocked.
4.3. Multiple Appeals: Submitting multiple appeals for the same issue will not be acknowledged, and your account may be blocked.
5. No-Tolerance Policy
5.1. Swearing: We have a strict no-tolerance policy regarding swearing, whether in-game or in the group. Swearing of any kind will result in a minimum 35-hour ban, along with the revocation of any privileges.
