Client Crashrate Issue [MOVE TO BUG REPORTS IF POSSIBLE]

Ive been experiencing a weird issue with very high client crash rate issues. I’ve been trying to find out why, but no luck so far.

As you can see I haven’t updated the game yet the client crash rate dropped which resulted in our player count growing again, but recently it went back up and only for mobile devices while PC has continued to lower. I’ve tried checking all the scripts to make sure it’s not my issue. The crash usually happens when loading in the game and happens when there are more players in-game. The game just freezes and either unfreezes after 30 seconds to 1 minute or just crashes the issues also freezes your computer in some cases for a couple of seconds.

Im concerned about this because it results in a loss of players in our game.

I suggest:

  • Making sure there aren’t any hidden virus scripts in your game
  • Checking to see if a plugin you might be using is adding something to the game that’s breaking it
  • Checking all of your scripts for memory leaks

Yeah, I’ve already done that. Has not solved the issue. You also see it randomly dropped when they updated the client so I’m assuming at this point its not my issue.

Depending on how long it’s been since your game was last updated, sometimes an update might for example enable one of the properties in workspace that might mess with how your game is currently programmed so I also suggest going over them to make sure that they’re not what’s causing the issue before making a bug report

We’re experiencing the same issue… our graph looks similar to yours. Our game is Chest Hero Simulator. I looked around on Devforums and I found a post that has garnered the attention of rblx. You should take a look as well.
