DIVISION23 is a small game development team working on the upcoming FPS game FLASHPOINT. We are driven and committed to making this one of the best FPS experiences ever seen on Roblox. We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Weapons Animator and hope you’ll apply!

We are looking for a experienced developer to join our team as our Weapons Animator. This will include being able to create your own animation rigs to work with. We can and will assist wherever possible as a team, but ultimately we expect you to be able to take a basic weapon and arms model and be able to do everything necessary to create a full animation set for it.
Requirements
- Must be able to both rig and animate weapons/arms
- Must be 14+ to apply
- Must be professional, respectful, and discreet
We expect to need a full animation set for every weapon in the game, and possibly equipment depending on time and resources available. The game is slated for Open Alpha access this summer, though we don’t expect you to have all the animations ready by that time. More details will be shared with potential candidates as needed.
We are paying $25 USD per animation set. An animation set is considered to be an animation for inspecting, firing, reloading, equipping, unequipping and idling with the weapon.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal or Venmo. Those between 14-17 years old cannot legally have a PayPal or Venmo account, so we can discuss R$ alternatives if necessary.
We may also require you to sign a contract that guarantees payment for assets made.
