About Me
Hi there! I am octavodad, and I am offering my services as a builder.
I am the co-owner of a small upcoming development and clothing group, NexGen Clothes, which has just released a unique homestore.
I specialise in low-mid poly type builds. I have been building in studio for about two years now; but it is only of late that I have become half decent 
. I will always strive to give you the best of my work possible.

I am available for a variable amount each day, typically between 1 - 5 hours. My timezone is AEST.
Payment
Prices, as always, are negotiable and most of the time I will charge robux.

Terms of Service
- Try and provide a layout if your build needs one and some references; it really helps the process.
- If you cancel an order, you must pay a robux fee which varies according to how much of my time that has take up.
- Don’t be rude or rush me. Quality takes time.
- I have the right to decline any commission.
- I group and label everything I make for ease of access. Everything I make will be easily customisable for you and easily accessed.
- I pride myself on not only giving you the best build possible, but one that is fully optimized as well. This means cutting down excess parts and unions among other things to ensure that your game will reach the happy medium between lag and quality.
- I will not take percentages.
