Hi there! Im looking for investors for my game “Fort Edmonton” I am currently making it and need the map done. It is a WW2 Style game that people can role play in and enlist for a career. Why should you care about my game or consider investing?
My game is going to be high quality with no expense cut on testing, building and scripting. We are making good progress with our scripter and GUI we just need the building. Once that is done in a couple weeks our game is good to go.
How do I make money?
I sell items for benefits in game and access passes to people who dont bother to join for a rank. If people want to play but dont want to join they can pay a small fee for a access pass or “Passport”
I will also sell group ranks and guns in game because people love to get ahead of others in games like these.
There will also be donation passes and people will be able to buy access to some Government teams. There will also be a paid access during the first 2 weeks of launch to see how we do. If so we may keep paid access, if we don’t make over 1k, we will make it free to play. This means if people want to pay we will let them, if not they can just buy in game tools or just play the game and join the group. and some tools ranging from 125-300 robux each and teams charging from 400-3000 each (pretty op teams btw) I will also be selling in game currency to buy one life weapons. You can also earn them by playing the game!
When is launch day?
Launch day is going to be Mid November at earliest and Winter Break at latest.
A week before the game goes out I will have my team beta test and if it passes ill put up 2k in ads for the game and group.
Due to some people ranting against this, I piled together 3k robux and put it all into a game sponsorship, it got 1400+ clicks! Since the game was closed and gamepasses were off sale I didnt turn in a profit but upon release, and investment would help drive up play time and sales! I will give the stats from my ad running to investors and investors ONLY!
What is the return?
The return in a 15% increase and we are looking for investments anywhere from 3-20k robux.
If you don’t want a 20% increase we can offer a 15% lifetime monthly commission plus exclusive in-game content i.e special game rank, special tools and maybe non-abusive admin. All this is negotiable and I am open to suggestions for payment returns and investments. You can request and increase in lifetime percent or return percent upon investment negotiation.

All investors can track progress whenever to ensure all funds go towards the game

There are a few things I would personally add/comment on a couple of things in order for anybody to invest in your game easier.
Elaborate on this, are you only going to give stats for those who have already invested, or those who are looking to invest? If the first option is what you’ve meant, this would seem extremely unreliable for any investor to actually invest in it. If the latter option is true, would it not just be easier to include it in the actual post, so you wouldn’t be required to keep showing it to investors who ask? I don’t know about you, but I personally would save the trouble of having to find it and showing them it every time.
Generally, you should still provide stats and evidence to your actual claims so any investor would know this is trustworthy.
Secondly, is there a back-up plan in case the game flops and no profit is gained? If not, then investment would be an even bigger risk as money could be easily lost with this.
Thirdly, how would an investor know that their money is safe with you and that it is being spent on what is promised in your post (testing, building, scripting, etc). Providing this would generally make any future investor much more likely to invest.
How are we, the investors, are supposed to know that you won’t waste our money on a “test run” again?

??? I don’t know who you are also the test run was a one time thing for stats,all investments go to hiring more developers and for better quality to ensure a good experience
I keep all investments in my group funds publicly visible and keep my investors notified regularly of progress. I also give them test links to check for themselves. If they invest then decide a takeback they will receive the full amount back minus tax.
I never put everything under a paywall, the game will only be paid for a week or two during beta, then will be public and completely free, you wont need to pay a cent for the full experience.

Your not allowed to make alot of replys also joining a group is completely free. I see no point in not joining, this was originally for my group anyways. Argument over.
True but there are cases where people are either too lazy to leave a number of groups or too broke to get premium to join a group.
Most group games are originally intended to be for the group however those are one of the main ways to grow your group (let them play the game and if they like it, they join the group to have the full RP experience). Locking it behind a paywall is what hinders it all. I’m not arguing with you but discussing your methods in the open…
I will make it completely free for access then and in the rules it says to not make a ton of replys. Sorry for continuing to correct you when I make no sense. Thanks for the feedback.

You do have a choice if you want to talk in dms or not, but you cannot do this and keep arguing in @EternalCanadianDev posts. If you do not like what he’s offering, then do not post, and leave it be.

Use the Like button instead of replying “Thanks!” or other generic sentences. It’s not spam if it’s contributing to the topic. If you want to point out spammers, it should be the OP. Instead of replying to all with one post and just mentioning everyone above the response to their post, while all I did was ask a question, reply to his questions and gave feedback.
Blocked me on Discord after calling him out for faking his sponsor statistics after he also sent me wrong links to the game, don’t invest, game is not quality enough to be invested in even if the stats were real.
First off I blocked you because you were clearly wasting time because you clearly were not going to invest also the sponsorship stats were not faked, ask my other investor @coneylove133 who actually saw everything. Also I doubt you have any builds better than anything in that game.
