This bug appears to be happening again. Across many of my groups, almost 15 pages of clothing not loading. I’ve already tried re-configuring all of the clothing, nothing appears to be working lol. They’re all still able to be bought though, just not from the any of the groups’ website catalogue.

I’ve tried putting my clothes offsale and onsale but no luck for me. Even when I go to the actual catalog and select the offsale items nothing appears at all. I’ve emailed Roblox to inform them about this issue, hopefully they soon fix it!

Just wasted over three hours, putting all 17 pages of clothing offsale then back on sale for no result.
This was been one of the most annoying and time consuming tasks I’ve had to take for clothing and it was pointless.
17 pages of clothing, only 14 shirts are visible.
This has utterly killed my sales.

Update: I contacted Roblox support about the problem and they said that they are aware of the issue and working to have it resolved.

Update: This issue has been resolved (at least for me and other groups i’m in), hopefully the clothing should be appearing again in your groups!

This bug happened in my group and still hadnt fixed.
[EDIT] Re-uploading clothes doesnt give any results.

I can confirm that this bug has occurred with my group as well - I am hoping that they do resolve the situation soon.

I’m not sure whether it’s the same bug but I had three T-Shirt’s for sale in my group and they’ve been there for about 1 month, earlier this week they’ve disappeared from the store tab and when I configure the group, it’s like they were never created.
I hope this bug gets fixed because one of my creators spent 30 Robux on them.

This bug has recently started occurring again in my friend’s group LIP$ICK, and she has tried the following as a workaround, which have not worked:
- Changing the description of the assets
- Taking the assets offsale and putting them back on sale again
There are multiple items that are on sale by the group but are not showing on the group store page, including the following two shirts:
This is drastically affecting sales by the group as these items are nowhere to be seen on the group’s store page, nor when sorting by assets created by the group on the Avatar Shop. I hope that this issue is acknowledged and resolved soon, as it is having a negative impact on clothing designers’ workflow and income.

Same thing happening for my group I have 2 T-Shirts that are on sale and for some reason they disappeared as if they wasn’t on sale at all.

I am not 100% sure if it is only reuploads that are affected, but based off my experiment results, it seems to be only reuploads that do not show up since I had tried putting the original versions of my stuff onsale and it showed up yet reuploads do not seem to be showing up.
If you want to sell clothes and also make a personal version for yourself, I would suggest you upload it to the group first before uploading it to your account.
Also, I’ve already tried changing the description of something, putting them offsale and back onsale, and even reuploading the piece of clothing that didn’t show up, so I believe that is why it is only affecting reuploads of clothes.

Update: From my last comment and looking at the avatar shop I have found my T-shirts.
As you can see this is one of my group’s T-shirts and I also have found the others, so the problem is they are not appearing on the store tab but they are for sale in the avatar shop.

I can confirm this is still a problem. I currently have 2 shirts and 2 pants on sale however only one (pants) appears on the Group Store. Currently, I have put all of them off-sale and going to put them back on sale in a bit to see if it works.

I noticed something similar, I was looking in @cSapphire clothing group and only saw 2 clothing pieces. I was a bit confused, I don’t know if this is related to this or if they removed the clothing.

Same happpend to me, then a bucnh of random clothing appeared with a cost of 9000 robux and then disappeared… weird

This is incredibly frustrating.
No matter what I do, my recently uploaded group clothing will NOT show up in my group 
I have tried taking clothing off sale and then putting on sale again.
I have tried changing the description.
I guess I have to try re-uploading all the clothing (at my own R$ cost obv)
I HOPE this issue gets fixed ASAP!

This issue has been occurring with multiple of my groups for over two weeks. I have tried removing the clothing items and reuploading them, along with editing them; there has been no luck. I have contacted ROBLOX Support, and emailed them a video of this bug, they said they were looking into the situation, which was one week ago. My main clothing group is taking a serious loss from this issue and I do not want to waste my Robux reuploading the 100+ items.

I believe that this has been fixed (for reuploaded clothing at least) since all of my missing clothes have now appeared again on my group catalog! Hopefully missing clothing has reappeared for other people too!
