Cogs and Buttons Top Hat needs to be resized

The Roblox hat “Cogs and Buttons Top Hat” is very small on your head and even the resize tool won’t get it up to where you’d want it on
your avatar.

Expected behavior

This hat should be resized to fit the head correctly and not to be so undersized, it should be more sized up and fixed.

Here’s one of many examples of other top hats that are sized correctly, the “Cogs and Buttons Top Hat” needs to be corrected and fixed.

i mean look at the size of the glasses holy

am i stupid or is this not meant for peabrain

It was a giftcard item that was released, it should’ve been able to fit the regular head. I think they made it, and just didn’t realize it.

Can I please receive a response after a good while it becomes annoying without a single response.

This will likely be closed because they won’t make a fix for accessories that 6 months old for the moment…

That admin can be contradicting on his own words, he won’t change but he will odd.

Thank you for flagging this. We will not be making any updates. The current version is from 2016, while the original one was released not long before that, in 2015. We double checked the size of the hat from both and found them to be identical, which means the small size is intentional, even though it may not be consistent with other similar hats.

In 2016 which head, which style, and how would you properly address wearing it without blocking it by hair, other hats or literally anything without it blocking the view. This item should be fixed even if made small because how will anyone wanna wear it then vs now.

Didn’t that same guy proceed to do it after saying he wouldn’t??

I’m unsure what you are talking about because I don’t recall that…

He says he won’t fix items, but proceeds to change “Finn McCool” which is an item older than 6 months, and he won’t change items that actually need it. I certainly find it funny he contradicts himself.

Hey folks,

We usually do not reply after we post, but I thought I’d hop in here to let you know the difference between this Hat and Finn McCool.

This hat was intended to be this small. Finn McCool was a clear and obvious where the artist forgot to fill in the highlight with white. That’s why we fixed Finn McCool and not this hat.

It’s really about the artist intent between these two cases. We understand that sometimes we don’t seem consistent, or we contradict ourselves. But we usually (I hope :grinning:) have a good reason for fixing / not fixing something.
