Today I received my monthly salary as a game developer. I was paid 100k Robux, but the Robux are not in my account. Despite this, the transaction appears registered, but it is a group payment and does not even appear in the Robux pending.
This also happened to my friend who works in the same game.
I’m pretty sure group payouts aren’t always instant and can be delayed for 72 hours to actually arrive. It should be instant most of the time but it can also be delayed a bit i think but i could be also wrong

I already received the Robux. In the past, there was never a delay in receiving them. I thought it was a glitch because the Robux didn’t show up in the pending balance.
having the same issue as well today. Ran 2 payout tests. They aren’t showing up in pending or my balance but it shows up on transactions. Have been using the new creator dashboard and never experienced delays. Balance has not been updated so there’s an issue with Roblox group payouts right now.
Same, tried to buy a vip, gave myself rbx and they didnt come yet.
Yep I am having the exact same issue… really annoying as I pay out my developers with the promise that their funds arrive instantaneously
Also experiencing this. Hoping its a temporary hold and not a bug. Would be awful to lose my money like this.
I’m experiencing the exact same issue. The group payout shows as “paid” in the audit logs, but I haven’t received any Robux in my account. It seems like this might be a recurring problem for several developers.

I’m also currently having this issue. just payouted 500K Robux to myself and it didn’t appear in my balance. got really scared and hope this issue gets fixed 
Dang, this thread is surprisingly new. I came here searching for answers since the exact same happened to me. Could be losing a lot rn.
I paid out a dev and now its on hold

Same here. Payout is showing in my Summary under “Community Payouts” (not “Pending Robux”) but not in my account balance.
was looking to buy the newest limited (snowflake eyes) for me and my friend and then now its 72 hours? why was there no warning displaying that it would take this amount of time to recieve the funds? now i got bunch of robux that i didn’t originally want for myself but in my group.

Like i said the funds are mostlikely just delayed and this was always a thing. Funds should be instant but they can be delayed sometimes
The only thing I can imagine is that it’s something to do with the holiday season.
