it’s not a bug , moderators have a lot of shirt , T-Shirts , pants and other images that they need to verify . So you just wait while they will confirm that your short is appropriate for roblox .

how many days can be my t shirt available?
It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours. It shouldn’t take more than a day.
Be mindful that Covid-19 is still creating obstacles for them. They’ll take longer than usual to do this stuff. It took 11 days for support to reply to me and 3 days for my group image to be approved.

Try reuploading the t-shirt with the same image.

Probably not. If you reupload it, you’ll have a higher chance of Roblox seeing the t-shirt.
