What is the issue are you having?
My game can only be launched and played on computers while it supports all platforms. Players on mobile, for instance, can click “Play” and launch the game but their game ends up crashing.
Does the bug happen 100% of the time?
In a certain place, for mobile platforms, yes.

- Go to the game’s page on the mobile app (iOS/Android).
- Press the Play button.
- Observe that the error in the screenshot below occurs and you cannot join the game

Yes, it only happens in this place: Extreme Skydiving V.2 - Roblox I have tested the game in a different place, it worked really well

Right after I turned mobile and tablet access on. (The game was available on PC when it came out)
