A couple of months/weeks ago there used to be a requirement for adding console support to your game, I believe it was “No blood” in the game,
although when I tried turning on console support today the requirements did not pop up and it let me enable console support,
Is this a bug or are they really gone?

Yes. At this moment, there are no console-specific requirements outside of the best practices outlined in the new console guidelines. All old requirements that are not on the new guidelines are outdated and no longer needed.
I think the old ones are gone! These are the ones you need to follow:
I got the information from here:
The old Xbox guidelines no longer apply:
However, you should refer to the Age Guidelines for all of Roblox:
For Blood/Gore on console you can view this topic:
Hey. I have a mid-bloody game and i wanted to upload it on console too.
I remember that Roblox showed me a warning something about “blood or smth”. (it doesnt pop up now.) Can anyone tell me is blood allowed on console?
It may be inaccurate though, perhaps you find something I didn’t!

Roblox used to be E10+ on Xbox (no blood), but it is now rated Teen/13+. GTA is Mature/17+. This means Roblox games on Xbox can now have blood, if they follow Roblox’s Age Guidelines .
