Constant Wrong Moderation

The day you announced the new Polices
Our experience got moderated for having restrooms as decoration. We made the require changes to comply with the polices without any issue and fully support them.
After this we had to wait a whole week before going public again.
Then just 3 days later, we were wrongly moderated once more, without any explanation. We waited 28 hours to be reinstated, but only after 18 hours of being public again, we got moderated for the third time, at the exact same hour.
I don’t know if this is related to your new AI moderation system, but this needs to be fixed as soon as possible,and our Experience should be back online since these moderations are unjustified.

Not sure if this bug is affecting others but this should not be happening, theres more experience with real reasons to get moderated and still being online.

Expected behavior

Improve the ai moderation system or make a Whitelist for those experiences that a staff member already reviewed.

I’m glad you brought this up, because I’ve been facing the exact same issue with my own experience. It keeps getting moderated unfairly even though it fully complies with the policies.

This is extremely frustrating for developers who are just trying to build safe and fun content. It really looks like a bug in the new AI moderation system, and I agree that it needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Roblox should definitely review cases like these more carefully, or whitelist experiences that have already been manually checked by staff. You have my full support on this.

This has been extremely frustrating for me this past entire 7+ days of being in support queues and being told one story then another.

Peter from Roblox has practically told me my game was reviewed, and okay. I hadn’t updated it at all since getting the Okay email and apparently I was told a downright lie and the latest email is downright implying I have to do 17+ because it suddenly doesn’t comply.

Like, what the actual. This has been such a frustrating experience and I’m this close to just giving up on creating things I excel at on Roblox. This has been rough for everyone who just genuinely wants to do good for the platform. Steven_Scripts said it best. “If my game cannot be primarily in a bedroom, the game is fundamentally not the same game anymore”. when he was discussing how this update impacted his game Warm Isolation. He has summed up the core issue of these changes perfectly.

Like actually, what am I able to do? This has been so confusing. I’ve been told lies, waited patiently for days only for Roblox Support to immediately switch their word all without being given a concrete reason why. Is there not something I as a developer can do, or is it because I don’t make Roblox enough money so they could care less?

This needs to be addressed, otherwise myself and others who have faced similar issues like this will be really uncertain about Roblox as their future.

Hi there, can you share what the Questionnaire homepage shows for your experience when your content maturity label is removed? It should show the moderation feedback.

Our moderation queue is all humans - no AI - so every decision is being made by a human moderator.
