Nevermind, it only fixed that issue only on one of my games, I still keep experiencing it on my game:
Highly doubt that I couldnāt get any clicks or visits with this kind of icon, (300K impressions already). It seems like I still get the bug, where I get no visits or clicks at all.

Man, Iām so sorry you keep losing so much on that game. I wonder what precisely the issue is? Regardless, I think it will be best to avoid the sponsor system for console at this point. It really shouldnāt be this finicky. The fact theyāve managed to only fix it for some experiences really raises multiple questionsā¦
What precisely is going on with the experiences it is very obviously not promoting? Why does it seem like the system is ignoring specific experiences? Iām not too concerned about a refund as I only spent a minor amount, but for someone like you and Lava, will you be receiving refunds for this obvious blunder? Especially after it was claimed that the issue had been fixed?
Hopefully this can be resolved but the fact that this has been going on for over a month and a half shows that theyāve put this specific issue on the backburner. I really do genuinely hope you guys can get the refunds you deserve as soon as possible and that this issue is fixed sooner rather than later.
Donāt be sorry. Itās not a huge loss for me but it just makes everything a bit harder. Iāve worked on that specific game for a month, and opened the access somewhere in July. The access is enabled for all platforms, so Iām not sure why Iām not getting any clicks or visits.
However, console sponsors worked for my other game, which I released after the one my console sponsor currently isnāt working for. A bit odd.

I really appreciate your help on this. However I am still having issues with console sponsorships. A few replies ago I posted my current statistics for a sponsor which I ran 14 hours ago. I got 0 visits and 0 clicks on a console sponsored ad, and 0 visits on my game. This bug is not visual, as I gained 0 actual visits (game statistics) for my game since the time I started sponsor. Iād also like to make it clear that the actual odds of having 0 clicks at 800K impressions are nearly impossible.
