Crash rate reporting not working since 1/12, will try to fix asap

UPDATE 1/26: This has been fixed for the crash rate chart moving forward starting today. Investigating if we can fix backfill.

Hey creators, you may notice a steep drop in crash rates for your game from 1/12 onwards in our creator analytics reporting.

Unfortunately, this is because we broke something on our end.

We are trying to fix it asap but in the meantime assume that your crash rate reporting is not accurate from 1/12 onwards.

Ohhhh, so that’s why the crash rate went from 7% to 0.7% on my game…

Noooooooooooooooo I am so sad. I was sure I had done something since I had several updates right around when it started.

I notice that I have quite a spike in CCU right around the same time this started. I’m hoping this hasn’t affected the algorithm as well. It could be a coincidence because I was also mucking around with my game icon and such around then.
