    • Damage overkill system - Depending on your current HP, with melees & guns damage will also pass over into your downed state when you are downed. With this change, it means that some weapons are now able to pass straight through the downed state and kill you instantly depending on how low your HP is.

      • Note: Gun overkill damage will not occur if limbs are hit, and armor reduces overkill damage
    • Downed damage reduction from guns 2x β†’ 1.5x

    • Huge performance boost (now higher than v1.2)

      • We’ve devoted a huge amount of time to optimize the map as much as possible, with the entire map now rendering an amount around 2.6x less than v1.3.0, and 1.3x less than v1.2. You may notice some unnecessary details (mostly all of which were from <v1.2) that heavily affected performance being changed/removed due to this.
    • Improvements and expansions

      • Cave system expansion in 2 areas of the map

    • We’ve completely replaced all the gun models with our own much more optimized V2 ones which are better for performance. We have purposely kept these specific versions of the models as optimized as possible, however, with the V2 gun engine, we may also include a choice of using the higher quality versions too. The same will apply over time to other items.
  • New animations for Mare and M320

  • Crowbar looting safes

Changes:
Note: A reminder that this project is still in BETA, and any aspects of it are subject to change at any time. A lot of the changes being done are experimental and may be tweaked until they fit properly with the game.

Game changes:

  • Reduced required XP to level up after level 50 β†’ 100 (reaching level 1-100 now requires 25% less xp than 1.2)

  • Increased base kill cash to be between $30 β†’ $80 (based on level of the player)

  • Increased kill bounty $70 β†’ $100, however, it now goes down slightly faster when out of combat

  • Increased rewarded XP from bounties

  • Readded any bounties you claim that is under $500 going to your cash instead of a bank

  • Reverted allowance timer 15-> 10 mins

  • Increased max server size 30 β†’ 40 (experimental)

  • Refill/repair prices are now relative to how much ammo/hp is left

  • Increased safe/register cash drop by 10%

  • 25% extra safe/register cash drop bonus if the server has at least 90% of players present

    • Reminder: Loot drops have always been based on how many players are in a server. The more players in a server, the more cash will spawn from loot drops (safes/registers) and the more scraps are able to spawn.
  • Kill trading - Players are now able to trade downs with melees/guns if hits land for both players at the same time

  • Increased medkit revive HP

  • Adjusted lighting scheme

  • Improved design of sewer entrances to be less punishing

  • Improved distance sound system

  • Replaced Metal bat with Fire-Axe in scraps

Armor changes:

  • Helmets:
    • T2 and T3 image overlay effect
    • Visor crack effect with T2 and T3 helmet
    • Game audio distorts/muffles depending on helmets type (temporarily disabled)
    • Minor stun effect when being shot in the head with a helmet
    • Slayer’s helmet breathing added to Tier-2 and Tier-3.
  • Vests:
    • Tier-2 and Tier-3 HP and damage reduction reduced
    • Melee and fire resistance reduced
    • Jump height reduced depending on tier
    • Movement acceleration reduced depending on tier (max movement speed remains same)
    • Heavier footstep sounds with different vests

Throwable changes:

  • Throwables now have velocity inherited from your movement momentum
  • Reduced bouncing and rolling of throwables
  • Reduced sound distance of throw/pin sounds
  • Removed blinking light from grenades
  • Removed trails from throwables
  • Increased stamina take of cs-gas
  • Increased effect time of cs-gas

Gun changes:

  • Increased reserve ammo for most guns
  • Faster ADS transition on most guns
  • Improved/reduced recoil on most guns
  • Specific stat changes: finalizing data soon

Melee changes:

  • Melee combat should feel less ping dependent than previously
    • You will notice that by attempting to attack mid-attack it will queue the next. This can be disabled with the β€œping sync” settings at the β€œadvanced” tab of your client settings, however, it may noticeably increase the delay of your attack speeds depending on your ping
  • Crowbar:
    • Can now be used to open safes
    • Can no longer ragdoll stun to the head
    • Can not longer bypass the bat’s block
  • Increased Rambo model size
  • Specific stat changes: finalizing data soon
