Criminality - V1.3.0

It’s been a while since the last update. Finally, after months of work, we are happy to release V1.3.0. We want to state that this is not all the content as part of V1.3 and plan to be releasing the remaining content over the coming updates once they are complete.

  • Limb-break system Rework (Fracture mechanic):
Prior to this release, limb breaking would result in a limb being completely unusable however still attached but would cause all weapons to be unusable if the right arm was broken and would force the bleed-out stage if both legs were broken. This has been reworked:

    • Bone-breaking/limb dismemberment has been reworked with a “fracture” mechanic:
      • When a limb is fractured, it is still useable, however, the use of it is hindered. This includes:
        • Gun handling
        • Melee handling
        • Character mobility
    • Guns, explosives, and fall damage can now also damage and fracture limbs.
    • Fractured limbs can currently be fixed using the new splint item or a medkit.
(NOTE: Fracture system does not apply to neck-breaking or head-dismemberment with weapons, which remain the same.)
  • Armor Rework:

    • Armor-penetration system:
Prior to this release, armor reduced bullet damage globally by a certain %. This has been reworked:
      • Each gun has a different armor penetration value, guns with a higher value dealing more damage to players with armor.
    • Armor HP system - Armor can now be damaged and even broken, which will require a repair from a store point.
    • Armor provides less extra slots, however more mobility.
    • New armor models.
  • Weapon display - Weapons will now display on your characters body when not equipped.

  • Alarms - Various lootable spots around the map will have alarms that will go off after forced entry.
