I’ve had way above 1k MAU for the past 2 years. no crown.
Hmmm okay I can see why this would be an issue, I take my previous comment back! Hope you get the crown like you’re supposed too!

For what it’s worth, I can first hand confirm that Roblox can even occasionally send out higher level crowns to users who didn’t earn them (source: I got the bombastic crown a year ago despite not even reaching 1k mau for easily several months to a year beforehand)
Back in July of last year, Roblox seemingly backfilled a bunch of crowns together, or at least that is when it happened to me. I only then finally got a crown which I should have presumably earned all the way back in 2022.
i emailed roblox like 5 times about this and i got over 100k mau for 6 months

Yes, they usually take a long time to deliver the crowns, or sometimes they don’t deliver them in full. For example, I remember when they started the system of crowns for extra developers, but then they removed it. I read that later they were going to release a more efficient way to deliver crowns to the developers you worked with, but so far, nothing xD
Can verify this is an ongoing issue.
I have been eligible for the Sparkle Time Crown of O’s for many months now, and I just checked and I don’t have it.
I’m aware this program hasn’t been a priority for at least a year now, so i’m not sure why they haven’t just entirely cancelled the program if they can’t give it the attention it needs?
I havnt received my crowns for over a a year
I havnt received my 1,000 MAU crown or my 10,000 MAU crown either… I made a post too about it. Normally when stuff is brought up here they fix it so I am gonna repost my thread until I get my crowns this is Day #1
at least you got a crown, roblox never gave me mine 
The Crowns of 0’s have been extremely low priority for roblox for years now (probably dating back since they removed the ability to award experience contributors the crown after it was abused)
I am not sure how they distribute the Crowns of 0’s to eligible users, But if it takes so long to distribute the Crown of 0’s they may as well discontinue it from the “Developer Awards”
Would be nice for an official response on the long wait times regarding the crowns since i know some people have waited 2+ years without receiving the crown.
I had emailed Developer Awards in the past (2021) and they did respond but I have no idea if they receive emails anymore, Roblox left us in the dark again

I hit 100+ MAU on my game and I haven’t gotten it in months

Yea idk about these crowns, a friend got one a couple months ago while i have probably emailed support / devawards more than 20 times in the last 3 years and still did not even get the golden one.

I really want a update on this. Even if it’s just a confirmation that you guys are still looking into it since it’s really just lack of communication between the community which seriously needs to be improved

Yes a bit late but the Bombastic Crown of O’s - Roblox is not the 10k crown which would be the Adurite Crown of O’s - Roblox. It’s the 1K crown to not be confused 
So using this logic, it seems like you also haven’t received the 100, 10K and 100K MAU Crown for now. Weird thing is that you can get higher achievement crowns (Such as 1K before 100) but not get the crowns before which i don’t understand why
Update: I am now eligible for the 1M+ Black Iron Crown of O’s and have still not received it.
I would really appreciate receiving my crowns. I don’t even have the Gold one.
