Missing 1k+ and 10k+ Crown Of O's

Hello! I am missing my 1,000+ MAU and 10,000+ MAU Crown Of O’s I have contacted roblox support over 9 times last year and I got the same response each time. “Please email @devawards” I have I sent 13 emails to devawards and they never responded to a single email. I am upset because my friend got his 1,000+ MAU crown two months ago and I cannot receive mine?

I only have the 100 MAU crown. I do have over 1,000 and 10,000 MAU. I been needing the crowns for over a year. Thats literally all I want are those crowns.

This is my other game and it also gets atleast 1,000 MAU players. I dont know how I don’t even receive my crown at this point I literally have like 5 games that reaches those limits and somehow I dont get them.

This is the only Crown I have is the 100 MAU crown and I got that 5 YEARS AGO and I reached the 1,000 MAU many times since then and over the past 2 years a reached the 10,000 MAU goal 4 times and I didn’t get it even with the emails.
