Iโve seen similar disappearances in my place, but I can track it down to using a SpecialMesh set to Cylinder to create a railing on a walkway. The Part is about 2.5 studs above the floor and CanCollide true so players canโt easily walk up to it and climb it, but it appears as a pipe railing at approx. 2 studs high.
When the camera moves while viewing through it Parts, Unions, and MeshParts behind it start flickering like in your video. I found this post that seemed similar and posted my issues with it. The original post seems to be more what youโre experiencing though.
As mentioned in the reply above, thereโs already a report about this issue, and itโs already under investigation.
