Promotion Process
To become Staff Assistant, you must firstly obtain the rank of Kitchen Lead, the last Low Rank rank. Once you obtain the role of Kitchen Lead, you must remain diligent, active, and hardworking to earn a promotion. Kitchen Leads are capable of receiving a promotion after a High Rank at Cupz Cafe views them showing exemplary virtues of kindness, communication, perseverance, activity, and problem-solving skills in the kitchen. Remember, often times working multiple days in a row will prove to be more worthwhile than working a great number of hours in a row, and then failing to be present for a few more days.
