Custom Character's Bones missing when imported to roblox studio from blender

Recently i made a roblox rig from blender and rigged it inside, i also made a testing animation of it and then when i imported it to roblox studio, the upper head bones seem broken even tho i havent added any IK Bones yet in blender. I even checked and see if the meshes are parented to the bones correctly. Can someone find a solution please? The following images are shown below:

Is there a bone that has the same name as the head? If there is, maybe that’s the problem.
