It turns out they had a different LightingStyle
, but this didn’t happen when I first changed LightingStyle on the 21st of January. Is this issue of textures not working the same intentional?
When the Unified Lighting Update happened, I said this:

Now, on January 21st when I opened my Project, no matter the LightingStyle, I believe the Terrain looked the exact same. My project before the Unified Lighting Update was ShadowMap. My Terrain looked fine then too. Why would the Terrain look different now if I set the things to match ShadowMap?
I think someone is having the same issue here:
Is Lighting Style Suppose to be Connected to whether or not Smooth Terrain has Blending or is it a bug? If it’s not It really should be another setting developers have to choose from instead of forcing one or the other.
