Custom rigs keep falling down

Hello everyone, i’ve imported and rigged some characters from the Half Life 2 Series to Roblox but something wrong is happening.

The rigs are supposed to stay up but they fall when i go near them. It wasn’t happening before, i joined a game made by me with custom rigs from 4 months ago and when i went near the rigs, they would fall (as i said, it wasn’t happening before yesterday)

I’ve not found a single post/thread about this Glitch, i think it’s not something i did but something that is happening because of Roblox itself. No it’s not HipHeight and no, the rigs have no scripts

I’m so confused, i really don’t know why this is happening.
OBS: It doesn’t happen in Roblox Studio.

You should change the HipHeight to make it stand as it’s supposed to

they’re already on the correct hipheight, they fall when i get close to them but after some seconds they stand up again

that’s weird

maybe Collide i guess?

Tried anchoring them? Depends what you plan on doing with the rigs.

I have found the solution, it’s actually really simple:

workspace>humanoid>rigtype = R15 (My rig was a R15 custom rig, i forgot to put rig type as R15)

took me 18 days to find out, at least its fixed

im getting the same issue, they fall over when i get close to them. but the problem with my game is that my rigs have r6 in their humanoid since they are r6 and also they are just spawned rigs from the rig spawner.
And this is a horrible problem since a big part of my game is npcs.

custom rigs are not obliged to have Humanoid
make RootPart anchored
make legs and floor belong to mutually uncollidable collision groups
tween your RootPart as necessary while animation goes on
