It is stated the DebuggerManager can be accessed via the DebuggerManager function however this function errors when called from a plugin despite being stated on the wiki it can be called from a plugin.
Create a script calling the DebuggerManager function.
Upload it as a plugin.
Run the plugin.

My post is instead a #platform-feedback:studio-bugs instead of a #platform-feedback:studio-features because the WIKI states this should be possible as of now and it still throws an error.
This has been fixed apparently. You are not supposed to be able to call DebuggerManager from Plugins apparently, and it has now been documented so.
I never saw a reply saying it was fixed, but I noticed this post still did not have a reply so I thought to check the DebuggerManager class’s API to see if an update has been made.
