Yes. It was released around 11:30am PST today. But it does require restarting the app to apply the change.

Oh my goodness it’s everything I ever wanted
I apologize for being such a doomer about this, with all the animation packages changing to have the new angle my hope completely died, but I guess never say never.
It’s such a small thing that seems excessive for most people but it means a lot to people, including me.
Thank you guys for being patient with all of us and hearing us out. Maybe one day one of my suggestions will be heard?

Thank you, the engineers working behind the scenes, and everyone else involved in fixing this longstanding issue for all their efforts. It’s honestly quite a relief to finally see something positive come out of all this and to not see our efforts being put to waste.

its already a full fix in itself, it was a flag that got rolled out yesterday that added the button
also fun fact for anyone else, if you select an emote and press revert, the emote will be apart of the old pose aswell if you want a mixture

Hey @LogWeAid still 2 problem:
- When the Revert button is pressed, the pose still here. The pose needs to be automatically removed.
- When I use the feature, my profile photo becomes too large.

Personally I think having the emote poses with the old angle can look nice, and you can deselect it manually anyway in the same menu.
Pretty sure the angle and zoom shown in screenshot 2 is on purpose.

It takes one tap to disable the pose, not a very big problem…

It may be confusing for some users. It says ‘Default look’ but the pose is still selected, it looks weird.
It is incompatible with the old angle and looks weird. If they fix the second issue in my message (large thumbnail), the angle will already be good.
It would be better if they do these too.
It’s likely an intended feature, and you’re able to change it with one tap. It’s not worth changing nor keeping this thread up for
