Hello, I was just wondering if there are any updates on this Swag Bag? I received an Email confirming I was eligible 5 Months ago. 23/11/2020 to be exact (11/23/2020 for Americans).
I have yet to receive a follow up email confirming the delay? I have seen other Developer receive a second email such as Dysche.
The Application was Submitted in time and my Delivery Address is correct. I haven’t really worried about it as I am from the UK and I know it can take time to ship to my country although I still think 5 months is a bit absurd when I haven’t even received any follow up email?
Anyways, I hope someone can get back to me and let me know what’s going on, Thanks!
We’ve received a third email yesterday, that the bag has been shipped, I also received a tracking code from DHL saying it’ll arrive tomorrow (since I hadn’t ordered anything else, I am fairly sure it’s the bag).
Not sure why you guys haven’t gotten it yet, maybe it’ll come in the second wave? I’d contact developer relations about it through email or devforums.

The second wave was for people who didn’t get the first email with the form to fill out. I received the first email and filled out the form. Just very strange that they haven’t got back to me since…
Update:
I emailed Developer Relations and they replied within an hour. I was informed that my Swag Bag has been shipped and is on it’s way via a personal email and they apologized for not putting me on the Automated email list. I am very happy with this service and hope this clears it up for anyone else experiencing the same problem as me!
I received mine today, so it is likely you will get yours soon. I am pretty sure it will take longer because of international shipping, and the person who submitted the form for our team didn’t receive any emails until we got the bags.
Make sure you don’t use more than one of the redeem codes on yourself or it will be wasted. They are the same virtual item, the Developer Longsword. You will also only get 10 so give them away wisely!

I still haven’t even received any email despite surpassing the 40M robux threshold a while ago. I am seeing many people getting their swag bags while I still haven’t gotten an email notifying me about anything. I sent an email to devrel yesterday asking about this and still no response. Is anyone else having the same issue? I find it odd that many people have gotten their first email about this months ago and I still haven’t received anything.
I haven’t received an email either although I also had more than 40M revenue when the swag bags were announced. I emailed DevRel a couple of days ago but haven’t heard back. They could still be releasing more waves though.
According to the note that is inside of the swag bags, the criteria for receiving one of the bags is having a “experience” (game) that has earned 40 million lifetime Robux. When this amount is surpassed, the owner of the game will receive an e-mail next time they do a wave of swag bag distributions. The e-mail has a form that they can fill out for themselves + up to 2 other developers, and all developers listed receive swag bags
There seems to be a common misconception that you receive them for having 40 million lifetime Robux on your account, which isn’t the case from what I can tell (at least for this wave). Hope that helped
They don’t specify if it should be earned from one game or if multiple games are counted for a total. Either way, I do meet the requirements, which is my im confused about why i never received an email. Thanks for sharing that info though.
Hello I want to know about the Crown thing. My group game (the game i created) got more than 100+ visits on every game so is there any way that me and the team get those crowns.
