Would I qualify for a Crown since the statistics says the start of February I got around 1000 Visits and my game was released in January 11, 2021

Okay, It has been like a month since the crowns came out. I have emailed roblox for a total of 5 times and still nothing. They do say I will get the crown, but not when. It’s kinda making me doubt if I even am getting the crown. Does anyone have the same problem?

If you have over 1,000 MAU for the month, you’ll be able to see your stats by going to the Dev Stats page and clicking on “Data Export”.
Please be advised a month’s data takes around a month before it’s able to be downloaded.

ps: i had a reply that was answering @rottendogDkR question but my internet connection wasn’t good
It needs to have over 1 thousand Monthly Active Users (also measured for the crowns). This means that for the month, you need 1 thousand people to join your game.

Sadly, waiting time could be up to 3 months.
I was offline for a bit on roblox, and one of my games that is not even done, and rarley had people play qualifies for the gold crown of O’s, and I dont know how. It had a few players a month, but then for one month, it spiked to 108 players then droped again. And it happened at the beginning of may.
Can accounts under 13 get the crown, because an old account I have owns my group with the game that qualifies for the crown, but the account age is under 13. Would the account still get it since on the account I filled out the survey since it was sent to that account?
Note: I did not put this account as someone who helped create it because I wanted my other account to only have it.
Idk really, try giving yourself your group ownership I have waited for over a month

if you’re talking about the survey @Cryptic_spike said that on his reply that underage people couldnt be allowed to fill in the survey
