When going to the Developer Exchange page, your eligible Robux goes from the amount of Robux you have to 0, however it still lets you cash out.
It should show the amount of eligible Robux you can cash out.

Hi, I’ve noticed that my eligible Robux shows as 0? All of my robux is earned though game sales from groups but also though sales for my own games on my profile, this seems like a pretty major error.

Logged on the day after posting this and now all my robux is Eligible… I am very confused now, def some sort of Bug or issue…

Its happening again, and ive also talked to other devs who also have been experiencing this issue.
This is a new system they are testing that helps estimate Robux’s eligibility. You can still DevEx them, but it doesn’t guarantee they will go through and be accepted. As shown above, the system currently has bugs.

The same issue had already been reported
My eligible Robux in the DevEx tab in the Creator Dashboard show as 0 even though I have eligible Robux to DevEx.

I have confirmed this issue is not on my end as it’s been occurring to other developers I know.
When loading, the correct amount of Robux appears, I believe this is the total amount of Robux the user has:

Then, it gets updated after sending an HTTP GET request to the endpoint that retrieves the eligible Robux. On my end the following JSON response is received:
