DevForum "Roblox Dark" theme has incorrect hex colours

Hey!

I am currently using the “Roblox Dark” theme, and I have noticed on some pages divs have a different background hex colour

The colour should be #111217, but it seems to be darker: #121212

When reporting this bug, the hover text colour is also really hard to read :cry:
